Happy Uteral Expulsion Day... almost

I'm writing to you from a delicious cake coma. Tomorrow is Sean's
birthday, once the cake was made we couldn't resist. I made a
chocolate cake and filled it with raspberries and blackberry. Vanilla
icing. We both ate two pieces, because we are both fatties.

For dinner we had gnocci with spinach pesto and spicy carrot salad.

One man's trash.....

So Sean went dumpster diving for the first time on Friday night. I didn't get to go as I was on my way back from Oshawa. Quite a few good finds. So I've got a double-whammy for you.
First off two huge containers of some sort of hot pepper. I'm still unsure what kind they were. I am not a fan of hot food, and thought "what the fuck do we do with all these peppers?" The answer? HOT SAUCE! I cut the tops off, threw them in the blender with vinegar, salt, and
sugar. Blended until I liked the way it looked. I haven't tasted it, but I'm assured it's delicious.

Bananas? Apparently there was a dumpster full of bananas! We got 4 very ripe ones, so I made banana bread. I sort of followed this recipe, but you know me! I don't follow directions well. I don't
remember my modifications since I made the bread a couple days ago.

Sorry that I haven't blizzoged in a while. Though Im pretty sure the
only people that read this are Sean and my mom (sorry for the
profanity Ma, but I'm 21...I can swear if I want). I'm currently at my
friend and soulmate Natalie's place. A fellow vegan that knows if she
says she's going to cook something, I'll jump right in. I'm starting
to think she does it on purpose. I steamed up some cauliflower, and
seasoned it with a bit if salt. Some browning lettuce in the crisper
became caesar-ish salad. Dressing was some Veganaise, garlic, olive
oil, and salt and pepper to taste. I would have added some lemon juice
or vinegar, but there wasn't any. I made crutons out of sandwich
bread, with some olive oil in a sauté pan. Threw in some simulated
bacon bits and we were good to go.

No food jams today, just adorable baby kittens that I want to kiss all
over. Unfortunatly my allergies won't permit that. Tomorrow will be my
first time on a motorcycle. I'm turrrr-ified! Hoping to get a pic
